Prices are inclusive – there are no meters.

Prices are from £490 to £600 per week according to season.

A reduced ‘Couple only’ price is available for use of the cottage by 2 people only.

For lets of more than 4 weeks a reduction can be made.

Short breaks – usually 4 nights minimum – more usually midweek – are sometimes available.

HOW TO FIND US

Papley Farm is 1 mile from Lutton village and 3 miles from Warmington.

Oundle – 6 miles. Peterborough – 12 miles.
Junction 16 on the A1M – 5 miles.
Junction 13 on the A14 (A1/M1 link road) – 13 miles

From A1(M)

Leave A1(M) at Junction 16. Take sign to Folksworth. Through Folksworth village then turn right to Lutton. At the far end of Lutton village take sign to Papley. 1 mile to T junction. Turn right into farm drive. Follow the farm road past the main farmhouse. Follow signs to Slade House.

From A14

Leave A14 at Junction 13. Take A605 to Oundle roundabout. Exit east to Polebrook & Lutton. Drive through Polebrook. After 2.5 miles turn left at cross road (signed Warmington) Then next turn right (signed Papley). Continue straight down this road which leads into the farm drive. Follow farm road past main Farmhouse. Follow signs to Slade House.
